Mozambique is a refreshing experience, where a simple love of life, glorious sunshine and the tempting waters of the ocean are never far away.  Visit the chanting island of Inhaca, situated 24 km from the mainland.  This island of outstanding natural beauty is well known for the diversity of its birdlife, snorkeling and scuba diving. An island forgotten in time!!!

Day One

Johannesburg/Maputo
Depart Johannesburg International Airport and arrive in Maputo the capital city of Mozambique.  You will then board a 15 – 20 minute air transfer to the tropical, coconut-palmed island of Inhaca. The comfortable chalets are set in the beautiful gardens, which stretch down to the high water mark on the beach.  Relax and enjoy the sound of waves gently lapping the shores while having dinner in the Restaurant.

Day Two, Three and  Four

Inhaca
This island offers many different activities ranging from scuba diving, deep sea fishing, a walk to the Marine Biology Museum established in 1952 and a visit to Portuguese Island.  Snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing and parasailing are some more of the adventurous activities to partake in during your stay. Lunches at the famous seaside restaurant ‘’Lucas’s’’ is a definite as they offer wonderful seafood prepared the traditional way.

Day Five

Inhaca / Johannesburg
After breakfast, lie back and enjoy the last tropical rays of the sun, before catching your transfer back to the mainland in time to connect onto your flight back to Johannesburg.
